Help and data requests during beta

EDITH beta support is intentionally lightweight. If you need help, a data correction, or a deletion request, start with the channel that granted you EDITH beta access.

If you connected institutions and want to stop sync, use Data Controls first. That removes the active connection and deactivates synced data tied to that institution in EDITH.

If you saved manual inputs only on your current device, use Reset inside the Inputs tab to clear the saved browser copy on that device and reload the demo profile.

For broader beta account support, manual snapshot questions, or deletion requests that go beyond disconnecting institutions, use the same beta support channel or invitation thread associated with your EDITH access.
